Welcome to the Summer edition of CRDC's Spotlight magazine!
In this edition:
- The WAND spray hazard warning system towers go live in QLD
- Circularity gains new ground with new textile waste projects
- The Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) celebrates 30 years and 44 cotton graduates
Our cover story this month is the hazardous weather warning system (Weather and Networked Data or WAND) towers going live in QLD and being rolled out in NSW. This is a major milestone in the effort to help minimise spray drift, and is the result of six years of collaborative research by the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) and CRDC, and a partnership with Goanna Ag to deliver this tech.
